Ford AV, a US commercial AV integrator, has installed four large-scale Nixel Series displays in the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S., according to a press release. Now a total of six NanoLumens displays feed in digital infrastructure of the airport, with the first two displays being installed in 2015 by the same contractor.

A diverse set of digital displays, including a circular LED display and a large touchscreen interactive station, has been deployed for the Hudson Group’s World Duty Free Store in the McNamara Terminal at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Michigan, USA.
Two Performance Series LED displays are installed in a newly made Terminal 4 of Singapore’s Changi airport. The displays were chosen due to their compliance with strict RFP specifications and feature the company’s redesigned proprietary Nixel Series technology.
Clear Channel Airports (CCA), a brand division of Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA), and a subsidiary of iHeartMedia Inc., will provide a comprehensive ad network at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). The agreement is signed with the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) and authorizes CCA for the advertising concession at the MSP for ten years, the press release said.
Digitization of Rome’s Fiumicino Airport brought Clear Channel Italy the title of ‘Most Innovative Digital Project’ at the InAVation Awards event held at the ISE 2016. The large-scale project, which took two years to complete, deploys a variety of Absen LED visual solutions for the efficient and innovative advertising programme.
On May 11 NanoLumens, the US-based manufacturer of LED visual solutions, informed about its recent installation in Stansted Airport, London. The 12m display is the first curved screen to be installed at any airport in the UK, the announcement said. As well as providing flight information and airport updates, the display is also an eye-catching advertising space.
