The number of screens involved in projects are rapidly increasing, which requires new management solutions. In response to market trends, EKTA has created a new generation of video processor, ERMAC Ultra.
It allows you simultaneously manage a complex of 32 screens of different models and configurations that increase manyfold the capabilities of other devices on the market.
"As a rule, to manage one or several screens of the same type requires one video processor. ERMAC Ultra readily works up to 32 screens of different types and sizes. This distinguishes it from other processors on the AV-technology market and opens up opportunities for the most grandiose projects", - says EKTA`s sales director Oleg Bogomolov.
In the new product EKTA developers managed to combine many complex functions that were previously handled by different devices, achieving thus exceptional versatility. The processor operation can be carried out via any of the five control interfaces: USB 2.0 for Desktop/ Laptop PC and Touch Screen, System Console, DMX512, Ethernet, and Internet. The control system ERMAC supports a resolution of 3840x2160x60 Hz (Ultra HD) with an aspect ratio of 16:9 that allows broadcasting a high quality, detailed image on the video screen. The video processor equipped with built-in 18-bit processing system of each color in a pixel and an effective adjustment of LEDs. Also, available are profound brightness adjustment, gamma and color temperature correction.
Integrated into ERMAC Ultra is a new quad-core processor NVIDIA Tegra 3 that provides high performance in managing visual equipment.
The new product allows working with a variety of input signals. (3G-SDI / DP 1.2 / HDMI (1600p)) Easy to manage large video surfaces with a total number of pixels displayed up to 10,000,000 at a frame rate of 60 Hz, as well as displaying 3D-images.
Combining the versatility and reliability, ERMAC Ultra is ideal for solving the most complex problems in the field of data visualization.
You will recall that the video processors series ERMAC was first presented to a wide range of professionals in the international exhibition Integrated Systems Europe 2011. Currently, EKTA control systems are successfully used in European countries such as Germany, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Norway, etc.
